This 18th century mansion, converted into a beautiful vacation villa, with a large fenced park (about 10,000 m²) and a private pool (5x12; h 1.20-2.20), is located in a dominant panoramic position 3 km from the village of Vicchio. The villa extends over two floors, is very large and has retained its original charm with coffered ceilings and antique furniture, but guarantees modern comfort. There is enough space here for two or more families with children or groups of friends spending their vacations together, and the younger guests will certainly enjoy the large outdoor play area, while the adults can 'focus' on total relaxation, by the pool or under the shady foliage of the centuries-old trees! The pergola, furnished with a large table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor meals and to admire the magnificent panorama of the Mugello hills, rich in woods, fields and olive groves. Nature and trekking lovers are spoilt for choice in this region, with many trails leading to quiet and unspoiled natural landscapes. We also recommend a trip to Lake Bilancino (about 25 km), which is not only suitable for swimming, but also attracts water sports enthusiasts. Here you can namely: sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. The villa is an ideal starting point for a trip to from Florence (about 40 km), but also to Siena, Lucca and Pisa, which can also be reached by train from Vicchio station (3 km - stores of all kinds).
