Beautiful small independent villa surrounded by green countryside on the border between Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. From the terrace on the second floor you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. In the large shaded pergola with a small outdoor kitchen, table, chairs and armchairs guests can enjoy their meals outside. The garden is equipped with barbecue and small children's playground and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Completely fenced property. The town of Castel Viscardo is only 1.5 km away: here you will find nice restaurants; near the medieval village of Monterubiaglio (800 m) with cafe-bar and grocery store, pool and tennis court. Only 11 km Orvieto with its Renaissance cathedral, Lake Bolsena 26 km, the characteristic hamlet of Bagnoregio 26 km, Terme di San Casciano 34 km, Abbadia San Salvatore at the foot of Monte Amiata 44 km. Siena can be reached through Val Nerina (108 km) or by taking the A1 highway through Orvieto (133 km).
