The location of this property is idyllic- so tranquil! We enjoyed two thoroughly relaxing weeks in June/July and felt like we'd found a bit of a hidden gem. The views are stunning and the property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It's ideally placed to explore this beautiful region.The hosts are delightful, friendly and discreet (the lovely Serenella and her family). Any language barrier was easily solved with mobile phone translators.The pool is huge and very well maintained daily. It is in the sun all day but large parasols give plenty of shade.The house has great clean bathrooms, great wardrobe space in the bedrooms and provides most of the basics needed for a stay. It could perhaps benefit from a bit of an update but was just fine for us.The approach road is rustic but easily managed. We rather enjoyed looking out for hares and deer!The nearest village of Palazzone has a great pizzeria restaurant, Madonna del Carmine, which serves simple but really tasty home made food. We found ourselves rather reluctant to leave at the end of our holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

This is our second stay at the house and our third visit to Pallazone. We love the area which is very peaceful and beautiful. Serenella, who looks after the hoyse, is wonderful.

Situated on one side of the valley looking across to woodland and vineyards this is a very peaceful location. The house is spacious and well equipped and the pool is a great size for swimming. If you enjoy bird watching this place is wonderful. You can sit on the veranda and listen to the birdsong and see a variety of birds. The location is convenient to San Casciano and Città della Pieve where there are some good restaurants. With a cantina down the road providing good wine and markets around to visit you can self cater with ease. We have fallen in love with this valley and we will be back to visit again.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable house which has a large private pool with great views. It is quite remote and peaceful. The only downside is that the pool is cleaned every morning and sometimes this wasn’t finished until 11am. Otherwise all was good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather and went exploring the area in the mornings and spent time by the pool in the late afternoon. Easy to get train to Rome or Florence from local station.

Pour une tranquillitée absolue c'est l'endroit rêvé. Maison très bien équipée. Piscine très grande et température 25/26 degrés. Les deux seuls points négatif sont les insectes et tout particulièrement les guêpes et le manque de clim dans la maison qui serait parfait. Merci tout de même au proprio pour cette prestation et surtout à la dame qui venait tous les matins s'occuper de la piscine pour notre confort.. Sinon c'était parfait.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le toit de la terrasse mérite d'être amélioré (le tissu ne couvre que partiellement l'espace). Merci à Mme Serenella qui est efficace et très disponible.

Es war ein Traumurlaub ❤️ Die Super liebe Frau und ihr Mann , die den Pool gepflegt haben waren so herzig , ich hätte Sie am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen 😀🥰 Auch der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und sehr nett. Wir haben sehr viel Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen und genossen Abends die herrliche Ruhe in unserem Ferienhaus. Danke an das ganze Team, ihr werdet mir fehlen 😘

La propriété est au coeur des vignes et oliveraies toscanes. Le calme est assuré, et les animaux sauvages (biches, lapins, rapaces...) sont même régulièrement visibles au crépuscule dans les environs de la propriété. La location est assez rustique mais le dépaysement est garanti, le paysage aux alentours incroyable. Et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Depuis ce lieu il est possible de visiter rome, florence, pise, sienne, arezzo, perouse... sur la journée. Bref, idyllique.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Dieser Ort eignet sich hierfür perfekt. Keine Menschenseele weit und breit. Tolle Lage, super Aussicht, klasse Pool, schönes Haus! Sehr netter Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer. Dieser ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Dies war der zweite Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen und abgelegenen Ferienhaus. Die sehr netten Betreuer des Hauses pflegen den Swimmingpool tadellos. Über die zwei geschenkten Weine aus der Region haben wir und sehr gefreut. Direkt vom Hause aus konnten wir Rehe, Feldhasen, Fledermäuse, Pirole, zwei Wespenbussarde, Klappergrasmücken und viele weitere Vögel beobachten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Orte zu entdecken. Maurizio haben wir leider nie persönlich kennengelernt, er ist jedoch absolut zuverlässig und Antwortet sofort auf jede Nachricht. Besten Dank für alles!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Toskana. Das Haus in einer abgelegenen ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Geschmackvoll und nett eingerichtet. Die Menschen sehr freundlich, aber sie sprachen nur italienisch. Das war für uns eine Herausforderung. Wir dachten englisch wäre ausreichend. Den Vermieter haben wir selbst leider nicht getroffen um manches noch zu klären.

Kann mich nur den Bewertungen zuvor anschließen... Haus und Pool größer als erwartet, sehr ruhige Lage, wenn irgendwas jeglicher Form und Art benötigt wird oder nicht richtig ist, wird sofort danach geschaut, alle waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, für 6 Personen absolut genügend Platz usw. das einzigste was uns persönlich nicht gefallen hat, war das es vielen Mücken hatte (tagsüber kein Problem) aber abends echt nervig, weil es an den Fenstern keine Gitter gibt und man dann gezwungen ist die Fenster geschlossen lassen muss. Ansonsten unterm Strich gesagt prima Haus

Eine Woche war leider viel zu kurz! Das Haus konnten wir in tadellosem sauberen Zustand übernehmen. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und bietet vom Wasser aus eine herrliche Aussicht in die toskanische Landschaft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Signora Serenella empfangen. Auch ihr Mann war sehr nett und herzlich. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche schöne und pittoreske Städtchen zu entdecken. Die Temperaturen im Hause waren gut zu ertragen, die Fenster hatten wir tagsüber immer geschlossen. Die Nächte waren angenehm kühl. Vom Hause aus konnten wir viele Tiere beobachten: Rehe, Feldhasen, Eichelhäher, Grünspecht, Distelfinken, Girlitze und viele mehr. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

We spent a 2 week holiday with a family of 5 at this magnificent property. The house is clean, spacious, cool, with 3 bathrooms, 3 sleeping rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi connection. The terrass provides for some welcomed shadow, whilst the (huge, hyper clean) swimming pool and garden around allows for great sunbathing, relaxing and a refreshing swim. The house is cleaned weekly (as well as towels/linen change), the swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis (very early in the morning, almost unnoticed, done by very friendly but discrete people). The outside view 's just gorgeous, with vineyards and olive trees, no living soul nearby, except for the birds, the butterflies, crickets and a small lonley lizard. Like a postcard... The very friendly owner is most responsive for whatever question you have, always willing to help to rest assured the holiday goes happy-go-lucky. There's a small grocery in the village nearby, and department stores in the town nearby (Chiusi), and a local wine shop on the access way to the house. The location of the property is ideal for visiting well known but authentic villages and towns in the neighbourhood (Orvieto, Perugia, Sienna, Assisi). We highly recommend this property for a relaxing, great holiday !

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool in einsamer Lage

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch geräumiger als es auf den Bildern scheint und durch die zahlreichen Fenster innen schön hell. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und falls doch etwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert kümmert sich der Vermieter umgehend darum. Wir waren nur zu dritt dort, aber unserer Meinung nach können hier ohne weiteres sechs Erwachsene komfortabel wohnen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären wirklich sehr praktisch, denn mitten in der Natur gibt es halt auch entsprechend viele Insekten. Der Pool wird täglich bis auf Sonntags gereinigt und ist ebenfalls schön groß. Mit Blick auf die Weinberge lässt es sich im/auf/neben dem Pool sehr gut entspannen. Einzig der auf den Fotos zu sehende Tisch ist wohl abhanden gekommen, so dass wir den Terrassentisch an den Pool getragen haben. Die Lage ist traumhaft, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht. Ein weiteres Haus steht einen Steinwurf entfernt, ist aber nur von der Zufahrtsstraße überhaupt sichtbar. Ansonsten Weinberge, Olivenbäume, ein kleiner Wald und die nächsten Häuser dann erst auf der anderen Seite des Tales, ca. 1 km entfernt. In Kauf nehmen muss man dafür die nicht asphaltierte Zufahrtsstraße, die aber mit eigentlich jedem Auto problemlos befahrbar ist, wenn man die Geschwindigkeit passend wählt, und die Tatsache, dass es im nächsten Dorf nur Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs gibt und ein großer Supermarkt 25 Minuten Fahrt entfernt ist. Tipp: Die Weine der umliegenden Reben kann man bei Ravazzi (direkt am Beginn der Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus) kostenlos probieren und zu einem günstigeren Preis als im Onlinehandel kaufen.

Pour des raisons techniques , nous n'avons pas pu loger dans la location prévue (chemin empierré non praticable en motos touring) . Le propriétaire nous a aussitôt mis à disposition une autre location dans le même village. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. tout était parfait.

Es wahr ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es ist sehr abgelegen und ruhig hier. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Die Landschaft und Aussicht sind super. Der Pool ist grösser als erwartet und hat kein Chlor aber trotzdem extrem sauber. Der einzige Nachteil ist für Langschläfer. Um 4.30 geht die rasensprenganlage an für eine halbe Stunde. Kurz vor 8.00 morgens kommt jeweils jemand den Pool reinigen und der redet gerne manchmal am Telefon und ist nicht gerade leise dabei. Sonst alles super hier. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La villa é posta quasi alla cima di una collinetta circondata da ulivi e tipici campi toscani, il panorama é bellissimo...sono stata sia sola che con amici e mi sono trovata sempre molto bene nonostante sia isolata, ma ho apprezzato la pace e la tranquillitá, ogni giorno il simpatico fattore viene a pulire la piscina, così come pure una volta la settimana vengono fatte le pulizie. La strada per arrivare alla villa come tutte le strade di campagna é sterrata, consiglio un po' di prudenza nel percorrerla, ma ne vale la pena. Un po' di pazienza con i piccoli ed innocui animaletti tipici della campagna, ( io non ero abituata) che dopotutto vanno rispettati e successivamente, apprezzati! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Auch die beiden Damen, die jeden Mittwoch nachmittag und jeden Samstag vormittag das Haus reinigen, sind ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gewartet. Nur das letzte Stück der Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, für tiefergelegte Autos nicht so gut geeignet.
