Nice home in Crikvenica with sauna
Above the town of Crikvenica with stunning views of the sea and the city, in the fenced yard is this beautiful and modern vacation home. The first floor is spacious with modern kitchen equipped with dining area and a living room where a large sofa is placed for resting. The living and dining area is separated from each other by a modern fireplace. From the living room you can get directly to the pool and terrace with quality garden furniture, where you can spend the best moments of your vacation. On loungers next to the pool you can enjoy the benefits of the sun and the Mediterranean climate in the company of family, friends or even alone with a good book and refreshing drinks. From the first floor an interior staircase leads to the second floor of the house, where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, while in the attic, lowest ceiling height 100cm, there is another bedroom and a bathroom. For the implementation of active time during the vacation you have in the basement a room with several fitness equipment, sauna and playroom for children, where you have something to do even in case of bad weather. Next to the house is a double garage which is available. During the summer in Crikvenica there are numerous events and restaurants that offer a variety of culinary specialties of local cuisine. From Crikvenica it is very easy to get by car to the cities of Rijeka and Opatija, as well as to the neighboring island of Krk, which have a variety of attractions, natural beauty and beaches.
