This beautiful Villa Blue Dream is located in the tourist town of Crikvenica. It has a beautiful sea view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk. The beach is only a short walk away. This charming house has been completely renovated and is ideal for large families or large groups of friends. The garden behind the house is fully fenced and has a lovely, large pool with wooden deck, and there is also a shallow part for cooling off and relaxing, or where the smaller children can play. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 people and a spacious living room. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with stunning sea views and lovely seating area where you can enjoy the evening. The dining room opens to an amazing back terrace with an al-fresco dining table by the pool. A gas barbecue is also available. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite and two bedrooms (double - single) with shared bathroom. The two single beds can be made up as a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV.
