Each apartment features a separate entrance, an air-conditioned living room with a kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor, as well as air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the upper floor. There are 5 parking spaces available on private property in front of the house.

The “SeaView” vacation home in Crikvenica is located at the upper end of Crikvenica town and is approximately 1.3 km as the crow flies from the center of Crikvenica, 2.2 km from the center of Selce, and about 8 km from the center of Novi Vinodolski. It is approximately 700 meters (as the crow flies) to the sea and the beach. The house itself consists of three adjacent two-story apartments with a total of 10 rooms (7 bedrooms and 3 living rooms) and 9 bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet). Each apartment has direct access on the first floor to its own terrace (partially covered) and the shared garden, as well as to the heated pool with a salt electrolysis cleaning system. There is no internal connection between the apartments. All rooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside the building. The property itself is completely enclosed by a fence and wall, covers 930 m², and features a lawn, Mediterranean plants, stone pavers, a wood-fired grill, 5 private parking spaces, and panoramic views of the sea, the Velebit Mountains, and the island of Krk.
