About 5km from the charming hill town of Castiglion Fiorentino, this vacation home is located in a quiet side valley, Val di Chio. The house is characterized by its tasteful furnishings in modern country style; the spacious living area opens onto the terrace, overlooking the pool and the picturesque hilly landscape. In the well-kept garden, next to the pool with its sun terraces, guests can enjoy a barbecue with pizza oven. Crib and cooking service on request. Maybe it will be hard for you to leave this little paradise: But there are also numerous worthwhile excursions in the immediate vicinity: to Arezzo it is 20 km, to Cortona 15 km, Montepulciano30 km, Pienza 35 km, and to Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and romantic islands 30 km. In Castiglion Fiorentino (5 km) you will find several good restaurants, various bars, pizzerias and stores of all kinds; plus a colorful weekly market.
