Overall - it was a place to put our heads andon a perfect location

The location was great. Walking distance to everything we needed

There wasnt any wardrobe space and what was there, was more use for a very small human however still no coat hangers. No direction if we were to empty our bins or if the cleaners did this. The kettle and coffee maker could do with descaling. A broom would have been helpful to broom the floor after beach days, I think there was more in our bed than on the beach!

It could be really nice. Comfortable bed. Good tv. Nice kitchen with all necessary equipment.

It feels like someone started with great intention but stopped caring half way in. Bad smell with unclear origin. Lacking curtain in some windows which makes it hard to sleep. Dirty sofa. Lacks details like hooks for towels, toilet paper holder. It’s a shame since it’s in a way really close to great.

Avoid

There was no heating in the apartment, bed linnen not ironed, no shampoo or soap. When asked if ironed bed linnen and heating could be provided, the answer was ' we are not a hotel'. We are not obliged to provide ironed sheets and heating is cut as of mid April despite outside temperature of 8 degrees. We were told to take extra couvers from the cupboard to be able to sit in the living room. Staff was impolite.

The apartment was perfect for our short 3 day holiday in boulogne. Convenient kitchen space Clean Comfy bed

Arriving system is difficult. We spend a lot of time finding the location. There is no parking.

Very spacious and newly refurbished interior was so nice for a family with 2 kids.

The view from the window was different from the pictures on the website. It was actually not so nice. But the spacious apartment made us forget about the view.

Property was great. Unfortunately, early morning wake up call due shouting by non locals and waiting for SAMU. Which in disturbed or sleep from 02:00 to 05:00. Not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice stylish apartment. Super clean. Really good sofa bed also.

Front door was a little difficult to figure out with code. Another code for the door into the apartment.. I did not know how to use it.. No one there to explain. I had several people during the day knocking on my window trying to get in also.. Better communication on how to enter would be good

Great place

The apartment is pretty nice and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the location is good, the beach is 10 min bus ride and the center is a 1 min walk.

Initially we were given a wrong code to access the building which was unfortunate. Luckily we got the correct one 15 minutes later via SMS after contacting the property. If I can suggest something it would be improving how this kind of things are handled. When I first contacted the property via SMS (since I don't speak french, so texting allows me to translate) I was told "I'll fix it tomorrow". After insisting that I was outside the property I got help so no biggie, but still it was odd to get that kind of reply.

The apartment is in the center, walking distance from the old Town. Well equipped for a short stay, facilities are new.

There were works ongoing insight the building, the staircases and hallways were very dirty. While work can be ongoing at the end of the day cleaning should happen.

Très bon séjour mais pas comme espérer.

La localisation, la literie était bonne, la télé connecter. Le service de digicode est appréciable même si l'aspect paré de mauvaise facture surtout celui du logement et non de l'immeuble.

La cuvette des toilettes qui n'étais pas attachée, la poignée de douche mal fixée, la douche et son mitigeur détérioré. Le chauffage de salle de bain ne fonctionnais pas, impossible de l'allumé. Manque de porte manteau. Odeur spécial a la première entrer dans le logement. Manque d'eau chaude la 2eme nuit sur la fin de la toilette(le samedi soir).

Très bon rapport qualité/prix Lieu très propre. L’odeur de lessive sur les draps et les serviettes, très agréable Très beaux choix de décorations

Le bruit de l’extérieur. Plusieurs disputes ont éclatées au pied de l’immeuble dans la soirée (vers 21h) et dans la nuit (2h et 4h du matin) L’hôtel est parfait mais le lieu ne m’a pas trop rassurée … Aucun éclairage la nuit pour se rendre sur le parking aérien

Évier sale et bouché. Douche pas très propre. Propreté générale laisse à désirer. Douche un peu branlante. Lumière à droite du lit manquante. Vieillissement de certains équipements (SDB, évier cuisine). Aucun chauffage même dans la SDB. Peu de réactivité de l’hôte. Il n’a fait passer personne pour nettoyer. Le soir du vendredi, odeur nauséabonde des égouts. Fournitures mis à disposition limitées.

Mis à part l’emplacement, nous n’avons rien aimé.

Les propriétaires n’étaient pas présents sur place, nous avons dû louer une chambre d’hôtel à la dernière minute le premier soir car impossible de contacter quelqu’un et la porte était fermée de l’intérieur. La fenêtre ne se fermait pas dans la chambre.

Fortement déçu..

La proximité avec le centre, le lit qui était confortable et la réactivité du personnel.

La propreté qui n'était pas présente du tout. L'essuie vaisselle était sale, les ustensiles de cuisine étaient gras et pas nettoyés. Des tâches sur la tenture, sur la table, le dessus des armoires étaient poussiéreux et le dessous du lit n'a pas été aspiré depuis un bon moment. La salle de bain sentait les égouts et la poignée intérieure était cassée.. De plus, nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement conforme à celui réservé d'après les photos de la réservation et ce n'est pas admissible...

Localisation (nous n’avions pas spécialement regarder le quartier et ne connaissions pas la ville) Douche abîmé, cela ne nous a pas spécialement deranger pour le court moment passé mais peut être songer à remplacer. Le lit parapluie était cassé, nous aurions dû l’ouvrir plus tôt afin d’en demander un autre plus tôt car nous sommes rentrés tard et il n y avait pas de personnel à cette heure ci (ce qui est tout à fais normal ;) )

Appart propre, bien situé pour tout faire à pieds. Proche des commerces de la gare (15 mn à pieds). Station de bus juste en dessous de l'immeuble.

Personnel très accueillant et très disponible,nous avons passé une excellente semaine, nous nous sentons comme chez nous, tout est à proximité, commerce,mer, transport en commun,gare, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, nous recommandons très fortement, appartement nickel et literie excellente, merci aux femmes de chambres pour leurs convivialité et leurs bonne humeur chaques jours
