La situation géographique. La propreté. L'équipement de la cuisine. L'espace.
Le velux de la chambre cassé qui ne fermait plus et laissait passer le bruit de la rue et la lumière du jour au petit matin. Les propriétaires qui ne rappellent pas quand on leur laisse un message. La housse de couette 1 place pour une couette 2 places et l'absence de taie d'oreiller. Le ventilateur bcp trop bruyant et extrêmement lumineux la nuit. Heureusement nous avions apporté le nôtre.

La proximité avec le centre-ville de Boulogne sur mer
Le soucis des personnes qui ne respectent pas les horaires de tranquillité et qui ont fait le bazar tout le week-end jusque 1h00 du matin en hurlant dans les couloirs, claquant les portes etc.
