Bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellente situation en centre-ville. Bel appartement. Propreté impeccable. TV grand écran. Facilité d’utilisation d’internet. Beau parquet en bois.
Escalier très étroit, très pentu et sans rampe. Table du séjour et sièges très haut et branlants type bar. Café dans la ruelle très bruyant jusqu’à 2h du matin mais ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire du Refuge du pêcheur.

Heel mooi en net! Niets op aan te merken.
Rechtover onze kamer was een café en hierdoor hadden wij laat op de avond heel veel lawaai. Pas na middernacht kunnen slapen.
