An excellent week in an apartment ran by a friendly host

We had a lovely week staying at Dragi's Sunny Day apartment. The apartment is very modern, extremely clean and in a very good location for accessing the beaches and restaurants of Orebic. All the appliances are new in the apartment, which has amazing views across Orebic and the Dalmanic coastline from a very nice balcony. Dragi takes a lot of care looking after the apartments which is evident, and he is a very friendly and accommodating host. The pool area is very well looked after, and generally quiet which we enjoyed very much. Thank you Dragi!

Although the apartment's location is brilliant for accessing the beach and facilities of Orebic, one downside is that they are located on the main coast road along the peninsula. This meant that there was a lot of traffic on the road, which was noisy when spending time on the balcony, although the apartments themselves were well sound-proofed. In addition it would have been a bonus to have air-con in the bedrooms as well as the living room.

Nagelneues Haus mit großen, perfekt eingerichteten Apartments. Großer Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Korcula. Swimmingpool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit und super nett.

Jesteśmy raczej wymagający w zakresie oferowanego standardu a ten apartament w każdym zakresie przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Nowoczesne budownictwo, wysoki standard, bardzo czysty apartament, wszystkie udobodnienia (ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, pralka etc...), no i białe ręczniki co nie zawsze jest oczywiste. Ogólnie wszystko na 10+ Bardzo miły Gospodarz który pomimo późniejszego niż deklarowaliśmy przyjazdu czekał na nas osobiście aby przekazać nam klucze. A na powitanie bardzo miły gest - butelka domowego wina. Dziękujemy za udany pobyt i do zobaczenia w przyszłym roku :) bo wrócimy tam z przyjemnością.

Tolle Aussicht auf die Adria und Korćula.

Eine wirkliche tolle Aussicht, das Meer direkt vor der Nase. Die großen Panoramatüren ermöglichen eine tolle Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es hat hin und wieder etwas gerochen, von aussen irgendwo. Die Hauptstrasse ist direkt vor der Tür, zeitweise etwas lauter, trotzdem hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Und alles was der Vermieter möglich machen konnte, hat er super schnell getan.

Bardzo przyjemny

Na pewno na duży plus położenie obiektu, bardzo nowoczesny obiekt, apartament obszerny. Taras znakomity, bardzo duży z umeblowaniem. Basen z wodą idealną na upalne dni. Łazienka bardzo duża i przyjemna.

trochę się zawiodłem drobnymi sprawami, które wpływają na komfort i oczekiwałbym ich w takim standardzie. Na 8 dni mieliśmy 2 rolki papieru toaletowego, uważam że lepiej by było gdyby gości nie musieli biegać po papier toaletowy do sklepu (kosztuje parę euro). W kuchni jest ekspres do kawy na kapsułki z czego bardzo się cieszyłem ale na start dla gości powinna być 1-2 kapsułki aby mogli napić się kawy po podróży (lub mieć na wzór jakie kupić), w kuchni zabrakło też kubków do kawy, są tylko duże do herbaty. W łazience zabrakło kubków jednorazowych do płukania jamy ustnej i zestawu startowego pod prysznic. Jest to standard w apartamentach tej klasy. To są tylko drobne uwagi, które właściciele mogą wziąć pod uwagę aby podnieść jakość wypoczynku. Nie są to duże inwestycje.

Świetne miejsce na niezapomniany pobyt wakacyjny

Świetnie wyposażony i doskonale ulokowany apartament w miejscowości Orebic. Obiekt jest nowy i bezkonkurencyjny w okolicy (jeśli chodzi o komfort, wyposażenie i lokalizację). Ok. 300 metrów od żwirowej plaży. W pobliżu sklepy, piekarnie i stragany ze świeżymi owocami i rybami. Przestronne pomieszczenia. Duży balkon/taras. Z wyższych pięter widok bezpośrednio na morze. Prywatne miejsca parkingowe przy budynku (wymagają precyzyjnego parkowania z uwagi na szerokość). Uprzejmy i uczynny gospodarz.

Bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja, jednak jej umiejscowienie powoduje, że pomieszczenia schładzane są nierównomiernie (bardziej salon, słabiej sypialnie)

Apartma in vse ostalo je bilo nad pričakovanji. Velik moderen prostoren apartma, čist urejen, vsa oprema je dejansko kot nova. V apartmaju je vse kar potrebuješ. Okolica vedno čista, urejena, bazen redno vzdrževan, lep, čist, ležalniki ob bazenu komfortni, super senčniki. Gostitelji zelo zelo prijazni, res se trudijo, da je vsem gostom prijetno in da jim ustrežejo. V okolici apartmaja je vse kar potrebuješ, ne da bi se bilo potrebno odpeljati z avtom.
