The only “grand” thing about this hotel was the grand disappointment.
From the moment we arrived, the experience went downhill. The front desk staff was lifeless and unhelpful. Our room felt cheap and run-down – more like a low-budget rental than a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had “Rituals” branded dispensers, but the products inside were diluted and half-empty. The air conditioning was extremely loud and dirty, so we couldn’t even use it.
The bed had decorative pillows and blankets that looked dirty, and the bathroom/shower installation was poor, making it hard to use. Nights were interrupted by delivery trucks unloading under our window.
Food was another disappointment. Breakfast was average, but lunch and dinner were tasteless and of low quality – we ended up eating outside despite having all-inclusive. On top of that, while pool sunbeds were free, the beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel were charged extra.
Overall, the hotel feels outdated and badly maintained. For the money we paid, the value was simply not there. I would not recommend this hotel – the service, food, and facilities do not match the price.

Hotel is OK, good location parking, staff, pool is nice and beach is near. But, there was problem during check in, as they could bot found me, when they did, wrong room was assigned and after again complain they have correct room. There was also problem with room card stop working. Room furniture is old, basic style, bathroom is OK, in general complete hotel would need facelift. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Everything was top notch. Staff is great, rooms are clean as well as the pool. Food selection is also very good.
