Cosy small cottage but get breakfast elsewhere

This place is beautiful, there's clearly been a lot of thought and care with the decoration and homeliness of it. The little patio outside was also great, we had a rest there after our drive. The bed was comfy and there was parking immediately outside.

The breakfast was a huge let down, there were a few slices of white bread wrapped in clingfilm (so that we could eat it the next day) and some small pancakes out of a packet. There was nice jam and apple juice in the fridge. One of the reasons that we booked it was because we needed to eat breakfast and leave the next morning, but it looked so unappealing that we went to a bakery a few streets away and got a delicious sandwich and the best chocolate macaroon I've ever had. It's a missed opportunity, there could be a token to use at the bakery instead of the sad white bread.
