30 mm from Tours Nord (37), close to the Sarthe (72) and the Loir et Cher (41), 15 minutes from the A10, A28, A85 motorways, in an original environment (large wooded meadow, river, millrace and its spillway), this small single-storey house (55 m2), at the water's edge, offers you a haven of tranquility.
The house (connected to Wifi) has a large living room with a bedroom area (bed 140 x 190), living room with sofa bed (140 x 190), library stocked with books, television. A bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and a kitchen (hood, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave/wave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, various accessories...) offer all amenities for your comfort.
Outside: table, armchairs, sun loungers, barbecue.
Passing through the gardens of the property, you access a health and play area.
From Chemillé-sur-Dême, many hikes or bike rides, discovery of the Loir valley, and of course the castles of the Loire, to visit or revisit.
15 minutes away the lake of Marçon (beach, picnic, horse riding, fishing, canoeing, paddle, pedal boats) will delight young and old.
