Comodo, pulito, accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione e a pochi minuti a piedi da vari servizi. Viktoriya gentilissima e disponibile anche a distanza.
Purtroppo, ma questo OVVIAMENTE non è colpa della proprietaria, si sentono molto i rumori dal piano di sopra. Starebbe ai vicini la cortesia di non parlare a volume altissimo e fare rumore alle 7.30 del mattino nel weekend.

Rien ne manquait dans l'aménagement, cuisine et salle de bain. L'appartement était vraiment propre. Le lit était confortable. Les fenêtres étaient doubles et protégeaient bien de la rue assez passante. La chambre sur le jardin était calme et il y a de nombreux rangements.
Vu de l'extérieur, le bâtiment parait vétuste, mais tout est bien entretenu (intérieur et jardin).. Une voisine du dessus dont la voix forte et puissante vous fait participer contre votre gré à sa vie... Mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien... Une petite table coin salon serait bienvenue.
