HOUSE CENTURIA is a charming country house, a jewel in the countryside: oasis of privacy and tranquility for lovers of nature holidays. Furnished with fine furniture in rustic style, it is ideal for a family holiday or for two couples. The long avenue of fruit trees leads to the house, surprising you on arrival with a large park and open spaces for relaxation, two pergolas and barbecue area. Inside the house, the ground floor, you can enjoy a nice living room with fireplace and kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette. Also find the bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. On the first floor are the master bedroom and the twin room: two rooms that will enchant you, thanks to the views of the surrounding countryside where you will be enchanted. Outside the back, accessible from the kitchen and the living room, there are two patios where to eat in the warm summer evenings and relax until late. Roe deer, hares, pheasants and various migratory birds will leave you admire in this their natural habitat! In the old manger garden it has been restored and houses a barbecue with everything you need for beautiful grills, and a shed for bikes for free use. In the old barn, however, for the gloomy days, you can discover a magical and relaxing place on the upper floor, used as a reading and games room for the kids room. Grado, Aquileia, Trieste, Venice are right next door. Golf, tennis, sup, kayak and spa are within a few minutes drive away. And the lagoon ... Paths and pedestrian paths along the surrounding countryside invite you to know and admire places where time seems to stand still. Meet the experts of the campaign work, the farmer and the owner Emanuela: all will be happy to assist you in giving you info and tips of the area. Anecdotes that will make you feel closer to this part of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, rich in history like few other areas. The town of Terzo d'Aquileia is a few minutes' drive from La Centuria Holiday. Typical locations of Lower Friuli, set in a rural setting overlooking decades of land reclamation of these areas, offers you the opportunity to shop and find everything you need during your holiday. This structure is particularly suitable for families who want a relaxing holiday: within a 70 hectare estate and your children can play, run and sing happily all day. If you want a bit 'evening entertainment or take a nice walk, within a 10 minute drive it is the most important archaeological site of Friuli, Aquileia, and just after the seaside town of Grado.

A very relaxing farmhouse in beautiful surroundings. The house had all you need and Emanuella a d Alessandro are the perfect t hosts that go out of their way to help . Close to many places to visit surroundings h as Trieste and Grado. Would recommend anyone who likes peace and quiet today.

Das Ferienhaus liegt abgelegen über einen Feldweg erreichbar. Gut für alle, die ihren Morgenkaffee gerne ungestört trinken. Für die Kinder gibt es ein großes Planschbecken. Irgendwann im Lauf des Tages fährt man mit dem Auto nach Grado an den Strand (ca. 30 min). Wir fahren wieder hin.

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe, eingerichtetes Anwesen. Es liegt weit abseits (ca 8 km vom nächsten Ort) in einem parkähnlichen Garten in mitten von Feldern. Es ist mit allen weit ausreichend ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochuntensilien, Handtücher, Decken, Fahrräder, Grill usw.),sehr sauber, gepflegt und bietet für 4 erwachsene Personen sehr viel Platz. Die Gebäude sind in einem tadellosen Zustand und auf dem Stand der Technik . Die ca 200 m lange Zufahrt ist gesäumt von Spalierobst - Birnen und Zwetschgen- im Garten gibt es Äpfel. Kaki und Kräuter. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung des gesamten Venetien, Friaul. Alles sehenswerten Orte sind maximal 1 Autostunde entfernt. Im nahegelegenen Ort gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste liegt ihnen sehr am Herzen. Wenn der Tag zu Neige geht, und man bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzt, kann man in Ruhe verschiedenes Wild beobachten.
