The house was very cozy and comfortable. It accomadated 6 adults and 3 children,1pet.
Problems with the front door and lock.

Location and price was excellent. The property owner was outstanding. We had a few issues when we arrived and he solved them very quickly. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and bug free. We really enjoyed the neighbor who had a bunch of chickens, guinea fowls, doves, and pigeons. We enjoyed meeting him over the fence and he gave us some eggs that were amazing. It was a short drive into Zephyrhills, which was important to us. Living room area was plenty large enough for us to gather and chat (there were 7 of us).
It is an older place, especially the bathrooms. We understood why the price was lower.

It was convenient for visiting with family.
The road getting in is a little rough, but we are from the country so used to that. My elderly mother was annoyed with noise from chickens and Guinea hens, but it felt like home to me!

Ganzes Haus für uns.
Die Lage ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dachten im ersten Moment wir hätten uns verfahren. Straße wurde immer schlechter und kleiner. Haus liegt in einer eher unterdurchschnittlichen Wohngegend. Haus hat zwar ein Wintergarten, war aber Anfang April, aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht zu nutzen. Ein Pool wäre Super gewesen.
An die Umgebung haben wir uns gewöhnt, hatten zum Anfang ein mulmiges Gefühl.
