the area hotel was in
blanket for sofa bed, there was none in closet only a pillow. there was no laundry bag , there was no conditioner at all . my son slipped in shower because was really slippery. I would recommend installing a rougher material for guest . We usually are highly satisfied with Hyatt. The stay was not terrible. but just not what we are used to to
