The view is amazing, good facilities, quiet but easy access to everywhere. Eva and Tolis are lovely, as were the two taxi drivers arranged for us.
The only issue we had was that the remote control blinds either malfunctioned every morning, or the downstairs occupants remote controlled ours as well. Every day, at some time between 7:30-9am they would just go up out of nowhere. Not the end of the world but odd and kind of annoying.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and really well decorated. There was a small well fitted kitchen if you don't want to eat out. The view was stunning and the balcony was well shaded, so it was really comfortable to sit out there any time. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival and packets of Melba toast and jam for breakfast.
It was probably the highest apartment in Matala and would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems to navigate the slopes and stairs, particularly with larger suitcases

Der Balkon mit seiner unbeschreiblichen Aussicht war grandios und entschädigt für den sehr anstrengenden Aufstieg (vor allem mit Gepäck). Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände.
Bei Problemen mit der Wasserversorgung hat die Managerin Eva alle notwendigen Maßnahmen kurzfristig veranlasst und den Schaden beheben lassen.
Der Boden bedarf einer Überarbeitung. Die Bohlen sind teilweise festgetackert, um die Wölbung der Bohlen aufzuhalten. Noch war Baarfußgehen in der Wohnung möglich :)
Wie oben schon erwähnt war der Aufstieg zum Apartment sehr anstrengend, einen großen Koffer hätten wir über die Wendeltreppe nicht ins obere Apartment bekommen.
