Spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Our host had kindly left a bowl of fresh fruit and refreshments. Very central location, close to bakery, tavernas, sea etc. A small but lovely balcony. We were in Matala for part of the annual ‘Hippy Music Festival’ and despite the volume of the music we managed to sleep with the help of the apartment’s soundproofing and earplugs. A great time was had!
The bathroom was rather small, which I had not expected, however, it was functional. The kitchen space is tiny. Be aware that there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to the apartment.

Super duplex in the centre of Matala, clean, modern and relatively quiet. In the morning you walk outside and you have breakfast. Fantastic stay and service!
With windows open and until midnight you hear the people passing by… but it is so Matala vibe !! So recommend if you love Matala!
