This is a great location. Close to nature. Beach. And usually better weather than the north of Kreta. The front Terrace has morning sun and the back afternoon until end of afternoon. It is clean and Kostas is a great host. When I left he gave me home made raki.

Lovely apartment as described Well equipped Comfy bed sitting areas on either side of the house were useful ca 10 minutes flat walk into Matala We had no problem parking outside the house but there was a space a little further away if required
The fridge was noisy and after the first night we switched it off as it kept waking us up (as a studio apartment there is no door to the sleeping area). Otherwise it would be 10/10. it was a little difficult to find as the address in the booking.com app took you to the centre of Matala. However the host did provide a video and the location in the description is correct so tis is more of a booking.com issue

Just a little more info on how things work (random washing machine) and disposal of household waste etc.

La casa è arredata in modo perfetto ed è praticamente nuova. Il proprietario è gentilissimo ed ha esaudito immediatamente ogni nostra richiesta. L’appartamento è sulla strada a circa 6/7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
