The location is amazing
Not really their fault first night there was a water problem next night no hot water

In central Matala, parking close to property. If you have a room to the left of property in shade all day.
The room we had did not have a balcony, but did have outdoor seating. You can hear the music from the nearby bar, but stopped about 23:30, and was not really an issue.
