Sooke Oceanview Penthouse - Family Friendly

Absolutely stunning property in a fantastic location overlooking the marina at Sooke. We loved having two floors and space with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and dining space inside and out. We loved watching seals morning and evening. Also included private, secure parking.

Very well appointed. It was like a home away from home. Without hesitation I would definitely book this location again. Very comfortable. The host was very communicative via messaging, answering any and all questions and providing much needed information. Very easy to deal with, very pleasant. Note that the unit is 2 floors. The second floor has the second bedroom and second full bathroom, and balcony. The staircase up to the second level has 16 steps.

During our stay we experienced noisy neighbours. No different than if you stay at a hotel. It was not enough to ruin our stay, or prevent me from re-booking. But to have a complete review I thought it necessary to remark. The bedroom at the front has paper thin walls and the neighbours were loud. Water-side balcony has limited privacy and the neighbour decided to break a peaceful morning breakfast with a phone call on speaker mode. Unnecessarily loud.

The view on the bay was magnificent. Accommodation met my expectation.

The first floor bedroom has no window. So, impossible to ventilate the room.
