The 4 of us were very comfortable and made good use of the kitchen and living room.

It was all very nice inside. We were happy to have the fresh fruit, cookies, coffee and tea.

The outside wasn't very attractive but we'd been outside all day so were happy to relax inside.

Almost perfect!

The beds and linens were so comfortable nice and everything was exceptionally clean. Our host left fruit and cut flowers and ready to make coffees, as a nice touch it was simple and straightforward and quite comfortable. A great first experience.

It would be nice if the kitchen was a bit more filled out with; a broiler pan, an extra frying pan, a few mixing/salad bowls would have been nice.

Very Clean, two bedroom with lots of space, room temperature was cool in the hottest week. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Thanks Sheryl for the fruit and treats.

It was comfortable and good value.

The suite was very well set up, so we were able to use the kitchen and laundry on arrival, with no difficulty at all. Comfy beds.

Nothing really (no view, but we knew that). At first glance, the property is humble and straightforward, but it really was a very comfortable stay. Cut flowers were a nice touch, and water and cookies much appreciated.

Very good

It was clear and very spacious. They had fresh flowers in every room and special treats in the fridge. Gus and Sheryl were very nice.

The bathroom could have been bigger and the curb appeal not so great. But once we got inside it was a great surprise.

Superb

Very clean and well appointed. Some very nice touches like fresh flowers and some fruit and cakes left for us. Location was excellent in a pleasant neighbourhood, and only minutes from the town centre. Even though the weather was hot, it was always cool. There was heating available for cooler days. Good sized rooms except for the bathroom.

The bathroom was very small, and as a basement suite, it was a bit low on natural light. I personally found the duvet covers on the bed too warm.

Very clean, cool haven in very hot May temperatures, flowers and fruit from owner, coffee/tea, sugar, oil in kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds

Nothing to dislike, some noise from residents above as they walk around which is to be expected in a ground floor apartment

Wouldn’t stay here again

The beds

Wifi didn’t work Which meant the tv didn’t work because it only had nexflex The bathroom needs upgrades Also people staying right above you with kids that got up early ….you could hear them walking And talking …. Not very sound proff Property needs to be cleaned up on the outside When given bad review owner sent me email…….accusing us of stealing a deck of cards! And other statements that where twisted,because she got them from the guy she had answering the phone.

A great place to stay. big rooms and very comfortable. such a comfortable bedroom! TVs in bedrooms and in living room. kitchen has everything you need.

Overall we were very happy with Bellissima . Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom with a well equipt kitchen. Good size living room area and bedrooms with comfortable beds

It was comfortable and very clean. Bedding was great . It worked for our visit to see family. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a basement suite so you hear the people upstairs . At night it was quiet.

Nice vacation rental

Loved having two bedrooms - one for our toddler and one for us. That's something you can't get at a hotel without horrible amounts of money. Space was clean upon entry, had in suite laundry, and enough plates and cutlery for 4 people. A few cons and issues to begin with (probably user error on I part) but overall a wonderful stay and the property owners were very attentive and quick to respond with any inquiry. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful suite.

The wifi wasn't great, as th weren't able to use Netflix well without it being super slow. The beds were super comfy, although they were a little small for us (we like to spread out), and it can get quite cold in here, and without having access to our own thermostat had to use the heater and figure out how to get the fireplace going (either user error or incomplete directions). We also had some wood stolen from in front of our door when we left for the morning. Got back to use it in the pm and it was gone. Upstairs neighbours were a little noisy at times and whatever they were cooking (or smoking) could sometimes be smelled down here.

Fine Time in Sooke

Location, very central Owner was very accomodating; left us on our own. A previous experience with a diff lication treated us like children. We are seniors in our 70s and not out to party or things like that. Appreciated the trust Recommend this location

That only had access to Netflix, We are not Netflix fans and I would have like to be able to watch the news at least. The upstairs tenants had loud music the last night and kept singing the same song over and over again. Probably learning a new song,, but at least they quietened before 11

Good location to all point of interests.

Not enough kitchen ware, eg, baking sheet, sponge..etc. the smoke detector is right next to the stove, it went off even when pre-heating the oven! Impossible to use kitchen without the alarm going off! Tenants on top are very noisy at times.

Parking was tight but we managed. Noise travelled quite easily from the apartment above.
