Beautiful sunrise view over the water and private location
Pillows were terrible and mattresses average. Spider webs and spiders visible, window’s dirty. Doesn’t appear to have had a decent clean for quite a while.

房子的位置非常好，面向海湾，视野开阔。有四间卧室，六张床，适合大家庭居住。院子里和露台上有很多的花草，院子里还看到了来访的小袋鼠🦘，院子门口有两个停车位，停车方便。厨房设备齐全，自己煮菜很方便。这里距离游轮码头海鲜市场约四公里，开车几分钟就到，上惠灵顿山车程半小时，山顶看日落和夕阳下的霍巴特特别漂亮。
如果换成电子密码锁就更好啦

The location was very convenient for us - close to the CBD, very close to a bus stop. We loved the fact that the property has amazing views of the Derwent. We were two families and the house worked very well for the seven of us - loads of space and we never felt cramped.
The shower in the main bathroom was a bit difficult to use: getting the 'right' temperature was tricky and the water pressure was a bit low.

Water pressure in shower low but definitely not a deal breaker. Everyone had a great time and were very comfortable.
