Spacious and comfortable with great outside area.
Bathroom. Water was not contained in the shower area. No separate toilet. Not enough hanging space in bathroom.

It was very comfortable and clean. Everything you needed was there.
Too many stairs. No lift. It was very difficult navigating the stairs with our suitcases. We found it hard going up and down. Mainly suitable for young and fitter holiday makers.

Exceptional consideration given to provide essentials over and above most serviced apartments. Clean and well presented. Host provided clear check in instructions and provided useful tips on sightseeing options. Handy location with supermarket,on corner and eateries block away. Short walk to Ninja Stadium and Bellerive Beach.
Furniture new but uncomfortable. Bed mattress like a board and vinyl sofa low and not suited to relax in. All the previous reviews that I read about the difficult parking bays were true. Whilst appreciate free on site parking, it was a stressor to negotiate entry and exit. Manageable but requires manoeuvring.

Close to restaurants, cafes, and transport and a short trip to the centre of town. Two bathrooms was perfect for a party of 6 - and everything was clean and well serviced.
Address of the property did not match the advertised listing. Although it worked ok for us, it was a surprise when we discovered that there were different properties under the same listing.
