For us, the property was an excellent location and certainly big enough for 2 people.
The process after booking was tedious and reminded me why I’d prefer properties that were more straightforward. You are asked to sign (and pay for) a waiver that essentially says you’re liable for anything that is damaged regardless of whether it was your fault or not, with the expectation to check everything upon arrival and take photos - I have better things to do with the first hour of my holiday.
When I asked the owner to confirm if they would thoroughly check the property before I arrived, reasonable I assumed after I’d just paid for a waiver, I received no response.

Location, had some items for cooking and cleaning.
Had to go through a verification process with a managing company, external to booking.com.
Upon the verification process had to pay a bond $35 non refundable or $500 pay 2 weeks prior and receive $485 back at least 5 days after.
Excuse was booking.com verification does not cover damage etc.
This was unexpected and stressful as cost of accomodation was non refundable. Due to this verification process this had to be paid as details to gain access was not provided.
Beds slights uncomfortable, dining glass table with no place mats, slight traffic noise. Garage a squeeze as awkward to get in and out.

Part of the house rules that not really necessary when you’re staying for short period of time. No instructions received prior to our stay especially to unlock the house.
