Clean and comfortable, location was pretty easy to get around and our party of 8 (7 adults and 1 infant) had a lovely few days. It was spacious enough that we could enjoy each other’s company but also had rooms to retreat in.
TV was a bit hard to use (especially when trying to use streaming apps)
Washing machine - could only get it to work on a delay cycle (otherwise all good)

The location was perfect for our group as we did not have our own transport and the bus into Hobart was very close and we were walking distance to shops and Casino.
Nothing. The house was very comfortable and very roomy.

Loved the close proximity to everything.
Lock box for keys was broken and garage door was unable to be opened or closed. Shower screen is old and worn and very hard to use.

it was an old style town house in close vicinity to UTas campus and 30 min stroll along the water side to Salamanca. It had a nice and quiet backyard. Beds were comfy and there was enough space to house three colleagues.
the interior design reminded me of my grand parents home in the 1980s, so everything a bit old style. kitchen appliances could have been modernised at times but adds somd charm. lounge room way a bit spartanly decorated for the huge space, so looked a bit lost…like recovered from a last century. Dark furniture makes the interior look a bit dark.
