Huoneisto oli kompakti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittavat toiminnot sekä hyvä keittiö välineistö ruuanlaittoon. Erittäin siisti asunto. Sijainti oli hyvä. Omistaja pariskunnan kanssa viestintä oli helppoa ja ohjeet huoneiston käytölle selkeät.
