Huoneisto oli siisti ja toimiva.
Turhat koristeet voisi korjata pois. Less is more. Astioissa oli jonkin verran eriparisuutta, samaa sarjaa olevat astiat toisi arvokkaamman tunnelman. Lattialämmitykset oli todella isolla, eikä niitä saatu säädettyä. Lattiat hehkui lämpöisenä eteisessäkin, vaikka ulkona lämmin kesäpäivä. Tuntui ettei ilp oikein riittänyt viilentämään. Sisätiloissa ei vihtynyt korkean lämpötilan vuoksi, mutta ulkonahan sitä tahtoo ihminen kesäaikaan ollakin.
