The apartment was clean 10/10 , comfortable, at a quiet neighbourhood ans at a great location, 20min walking to the sea. Very nice touch was a free water and sweets. Also, they gave us 2 parking spots since we came with 2 cars, and both in the garage. They have everything a family or friends need for a couple of days. The host made sure everything is ok and Robert meet us in person! We are very pleased witht the stay. Will come again for sure! 💫

Nothing not to like

It is a wonderful accommodation option in Split. An option that offers you so many peace and a lot of comfort, for the short term and for the long-term stays. The owners are exceedingly kind and generous, very meticulous and very attentive to all the needs and wishes of the clients. Their apartment is in a recent, modern building and is just wonderful: big, very functional and really up-to-updated, with first class modern finishings. Without a doubt, excellent price-quality ratio. Everything is far above what is the current top level!... Thank you so much, Marija and Jacov! Hvala! We will come back to you, for sure. I fully recommend, with the greatest warmth and with the greatest sincerity.

In all honesty, I think nothing can be mentioned here. Everything was perfect. We really felt at home, with dear friends. Probably the best accommodation and the best owners I have met.

The apartment is in a new building and it has a garage place. There is elevator to bring you up and when I opened the door was amazed. It is brand new furniture, completely equipt apartman with dishes, washing machine for laundry and dishes, A/C, TV, and heater in bathroom. There is a huge balcony and nice view. To be honest I was literally shocked how nice everything was. Location of this beautiful apartman is out of crowded old town and I loved it. I will get back to Split and will book this place again.
