Leona apartment-perfect for four

Jelena and her sister-in-law are truly world-class hosts! Arriving late around 9:30–10 PM to find thoughtful food and cold drinks waiting in the fridge was an absolute lifesaver after a long day of travel. Our kids had a fantastic time playing the big piano, which added such a unique and homey touch to our stay. To top it all off, Jelena gave us a cute little souvenirs upon checkout to wish us a good journey—thank you so much! The apartment is in a convenient location, just 5–10 minutes by uber from Split's main sights (diocletians palace) as well as convenience stores. The main A/C is situated in the living room and outer hallway, while the bedrooms have good fans that kept us plenty cool at night. We would love to come back again!

Located on the first floor without an elevator, which is worth keeping in mind if step-free accessibility is a strict priority for your group.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. From the moment we arrived, Yelena made us feel incredibly welcome. She greeted us personally with watermelon, snacks, and thoughtful treats after our journey, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the washing machine, the balcony, the well-equipped kitchen, the excellent air conditioning (a lifesaver in the summer heat!), and the incredibly comfortable beds. It truly felt like a home away from home. Yelena and her husband went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her husband kindly carried our luggage up the stairs when we arrived, and on our checkout day they did something we have never experienced before, they drove our luggage to the ferry port for us, making our travel day so much easier. Before we left, Yelena also surprised us with thoughtful souvenirs as a farewell gift, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. She provided fantastic local recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Split, and her genuine warmth and hospitality made our experience unforgettable. This was honestly one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in, and it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re staying with family rather than in a rental. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a perfect base for exploring Split.
