The apartment has a good size, it is beautiful and very well equipped. Also, all the rooms have electronic black out, the rooms are completed dark. It is a silent neighborhood, good swimming pool and external area. The apartment could fit easy 7 people, the whole family. The owner attention was like 24/7. My messages were always answered immediately.
It is an important comment. The neighbors beside us and the ones who were above were so noisy. I don't think there is a person there to control people's behavior mainly late at night. I could hear everything from the apartment beside me.

APARTAMENTO OTIMO, POREM NAO TINHA BANHEIRO ACESSIVEL, E A LOCALIZACAO TAMBEM UM POUCO FORA PELO PREÇO, UMA SUGESTAO DEIXAR PANOS DE LIMPESA, ESTAVA COM UM CADEIRANTE E DOIS IDOSOS, FALTAVA BARRAS DE APOIO E PANOS PARA ENXUGAR O BANHEIRO, TALVES PENSAR MAIS EM ACESSIBILIDADE. QUE PODERIA SER SUGERIDO NA LOCAÇAO.
