Excelente localizaçao, cobertas suficientes e bem confortaveis, roupa de cama e banho limpas e suficientes. Chuveiros e sanitarios em bom funcionamento
Sacada e paredes, tetos com bastante sujidade. A torneira da cozinha e do banheiro do corredor ficavam pingando. Cada vez que a gente saia da garagem com o carro as pessoas na rua torta reclamavam

imovel em otima localizacao, o apto e bem amplo, bem limpo, mas precisando de manutencao por parte do proprietario.
mesmo com o pronto atendimento por parte de administradora, o imovel previsa de manutencao preventiva e nao corretiva que desgasta o cliente e a imobiliaria que nem sempre esta com disponibilidade imediata.
