Apto super bem localizado e com vagas de garagem. A sala e cozinha são amplos e bem equipados. O Maurício e a Taciane nos atenderam super bem e deram assistência quando solicitado.
A água quente a gás traz algum transtorno quando do uso de dois chuveiros simultaneamente em dias muito frios. Os quartos tem espaço reduzido, no geral. Mas nada disse desabona o apto.

A localização é perfeita! O apartamento é como nas fotos, está bem completo de utensílios, atende bem uma família grande. A garagem é um pouco apertada, mas serviu para nossa demanda.

Apartamento amplo e muito bonito que acomodou muito bem a nossa família. Localização privilegiada em Gramado, facilitando o deslocamento a pé para tudo.
Pegamos dias muito frios e sentimos falta de aquecedores nos banheiros.

Excelente localização
Manutenção geral do apartamento: defeito no aquecedor há gás (resolvido no segundo dia), geladeira com um pouco de ferrugem e vazando água, móveis sem manutenção, algumas tomadas sem tampas.
