Localização eh ótima!! O único inconveniente eh o barulho dos caminhões que passam na rua, que, por ser íngrime, o barulho eh insuportável!!! O pessoal da imobiliária foi super prestativo qdo precisei!!!
O apartamento precisa de uma boa pintura, está bem judiado. As gavetas dos talheres da cozinha e as gavetas dos armários dos quartos estavam sujos e algumas estão emperrando tb !!! Gosto de manter o apartamento limpo mas não tinha nenhum pano de chão pra eu usar; precisei ir ao mercado comprar !!!
