Luxurious triplex apartment (3 floors) with new furniture and with beautiful views of the valley of the Quilombo.
Accommodation for up to 12 people (including children): 3 suites and one bedroom / lookout. The master suite of 52 m2 has panoramic views of Quilombo Valley. It also has a living room integrated to the bedroom, bathroom, closet and stairs leading to the gazebo.
Barbecue, full kitchen, 2 TV 40 (with cable) and 28 inches (broadcast TV).
German European-style building, with elevator and garage for 2 cars.
Located in central lawn, in front of the bus, square of ethnic groups and close to the best restaurants and tourist attractions.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the lake Joaquina Rita Bier where the famous Christmas light occurs (Nativitaten). 7 minutes walking to the Palais des Festivals where the Gramado Film Festival takes place and 7 minutes to the famous street Covered. Best location.

Super indicamos esse Triplex que nos acomodou confortavelmente com uma excelente localização. Sem contar na simpatia do proprietário Sr Raul e sua filha Carla. A Vera também nós recepcionou muito bem. Recomendamos de olhos fechados. A cidade de gramado é maravilhosa e valeu muito a pena voltar pela segunda vez.

A Carla e A Vera (administradora do imóvel) são pessoas extremamente solícitas e amáveis. O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado e muito bem decorado e conservado. Fui com toda minha família e ficamos muito bem acomodados. Indico de olhos fechados!!
