puiki vieta, visai šalia Biržų pilies, švaru, yra kur pasistatyti automobilį.
Pritrūko aštresnio virtuvinio peilio (ar peilių galąstuvo). Nėra interneto, neveikia (ar nepajungta?) skalbyklė. <-- Smulkios problemėlės, negadinusios viešnagės.

Viskas buvo švaru, tvarkinga, radome viską, ko reikėjo. Šeimininkė maloni, paslaugi, ištikus problemai komunikavo ir ieškojo sprendimo
Šaltą gegužės mėnesį bute buvo šaltoka, grindys labai vėsios, todėl rekomenduoju pasiimti šiltesnių rūbų, jei ne šildymo sezonas ir ne šilta vasara. Turėjome problemų su karštu vandeniu. Pirmą nakvynę jo nebuvo, o antrą dieną atsirado, bet teko nuleisti daug šalto vandens, kol atsirado šiltas (šeimininkė minėjo, kad vyko remontai, todėl turėjome tokią situaciją)

Švaru, tvarkinga, visa reikiama virtuvės įranga. Butas labai erdvus. Pačiame miesto centre, netoli maisto prekių parduotuvės, kavinės.
Ilgokai teko laukti nubėgančio šilto vandens. Kiek streikuoja televizija.
