3 double bedrooms all good size and very comfortable. Spacious accomodation Good size kitchen Good size living room Loved the outdoor space Quirky place with a lot of charm and uniqueness on the botttom floor of a lovely character house. Location fantastic for both liverpool city centre, Liverpool University, getting bus back to Liverpool airport. It was like 29 degrees C whilst we stayed in Liverpool and the accomodation stayed cool which again was a plus. Communication with agent managing the property was good, clear, profeesional and prompt so thanks for that. We loved the accomodation. I was visiting Liverpool for my daughters graduation and this was absolutely perfect.

Pickng up and dropping off the keys from Lime Street train station whilst I arrived and departed via John Lennon airport which was in the wrong direction was a pain. Personally I believe the key box outside the door to the flat should be the preferred way. I have stayed at a huge number of places in multiple countries and never once had to face this inconvience. I do think the agent would be flexible to adjust although i followed the instructions provided. Note that when I first went to pick the keys up I couldnt find the place and it took me 15 mins to find it. The person at he place said they were cloaed, sometbing to do wuth leaks which is strange as it was dry for quite a few days and unsure if they could give us the key. Returning the key I was lucky as I saw a man leave the place. I went to the left luggage door. Door licked. It didnt open. I then banged on it several times no one came to the door and no one seemed inside. I then had to run after the man I saw leave the left luggage place and he did confirm he worked there. If I was 30 seconds later I would have been stuck. The documentation does suggest this place is open throughoutvthe time period. So personally my experienxe is that this key option is totally unreliable and not adequate. My view others could have a diffeeent opinion.. The toilet was a little irritating requiring multiple flushes. Unuusal that the toilet paper rises when you flush the toiilet and frequently never goes down the hole. Never had that bad experience before. Very bizarre! There was a wooden floor tile that moves in the hallway as you go round the corner which made me slip several times almost falling. I would say I have good balance so someone less mobile may cause them problems. Overall all very very minor points.I would still thoroughly recommend staying there and wkuld go back myself.

> Location. We saved on Taxi fares as we could walk to and from the City centre and the Waterfront. > Comfortable. The beds and lounge furniture, sofa and 2 armchairs were very comfortable. We only used the heating once, but heated up quickly and was easy to use.

> Entrance Staircase - The flat is underground, based on the road outside. We had to lug our suitcases up and down 12 very very steep stairs, which we didn't know until we arrived. > TV and WIFI - We really couldn't watch anything on the TV. Like most holiday lets, there is no terrestrial TV, but the WiFi signal is poor and it continually stops and buffers, very frustrating.

It was very easy to access the centre of Liverpool, quite close to the Everyman Theatre and not far from the station, The area felt quite safe to walk in even in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean, Lots of large, thick, white towels were provided.

The property was quite tatty with doors that didn't fit. We arrived to find lots of ants in the hall and outside the kitchen. No tea towels were provided, nor dishcloths, The electric socket in one bedroom was quite loose and moved when trying to remove plugs. The bathroom was extremely tatty and needed some TLC, Strong air fresheners seemed to be everywhere to hide the smell of damp. On our last day one of the party became trapped in the bathroom when the door handle mechanism fell to pieces so that the door couldn't be opened.
