Aspettative deluse

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, in quattro adulti e cinque bambini, per una tappa verso Tirano e il Trenino Rosso. L’appartamento è spazioso, con due bei bagni, macchina del caffè con cialde e persino un cestino con Nutella e marmellate. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. In dieci minuti si raggiunge la stazione.

Però ci sono stati aspetti negativi: al nostro arrivo ci è stata chiesta una differenza di prezzo di 200 euro in più (per la presenza dei 5 bambini che erroneamente non erano stati registrati), abbiamo trattato e pagato 150 euro in contanti. La pulizia, a prima vista ottima, è stata compromessa dal ritrovamento di un capello sui cuscini del letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, la ferrovia passa proprio dietro la stanza da letto e i treni disturbano il sonno. Infine, per il prezzo pagato (460 euro più 150 in contanti, totale 610), ci aspettavamo una posizione più confortevole: era comunque fuori dal centro. Nel complesso, un sei. L’appartamento ha buon potenziale, ma l’esperienza è stata rovinata da questi problemi.

La struttura è ben divisa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni bellissimi. Simona ci ha fatto trovare un sacco di cose a nostra disposizione... Merendine, un pandoro molto gradito, latte, acqua e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno visto che abbiamo affrontato un viaggio di circa 10 ore L'abbiamo prenotata per vivere l'esperienza del trenino del bernina

Te dwie noce w tym lokalu pozwoliły na całkowity relax.

Lokal nadzwyczajny. Duży, przestronny i funkcjonalny. Każdy pokój w innej kolorystyce. Wszystkie pięknie urządzone, z dbałością o wszelkie szczegóły. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżka, i co nie zdarza się we Włoszech często, przyjemna, lekka pościel. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co w kuchni potrzebne. Przygotowana woda mineralna w butelkach, grzanki, kawa, mleko. Dwie piękne łazienki , ogromne kabiny prysznicowe, kosmetyki przeznaczone dla gości, suszarka i prostownica do włosów, miękkie, duże, pachnące ręczniki. Wzruszył mnie słoiczek pełen kolorowych gumek do włosów i pięknie opakowany przybornik z igłami i nitkami... Lokal blisko dworca (200m) i sklepów oraz barów. Zamieszczone zdjęcia nie oddają w pełni uroku i piękna tego mieszkania. Przemili właściciele. Moja ocena + 100 !!!

Gastfreundlich und herzlich

Ich hatte das schöne rote Wein-Zimmer für mich. Das ganze Apartment ist absolut liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Im Bad gibt es viele nützliche Sachen(Schlafmasken, Ohropax, Haargummis,...)Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, sodass man Wäsche waschen könnte. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass man sich das Badezimmer ggf. mit 3 anderen Zimmern teilt. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, leider nutzte ich sie nur für einen Kaffee am Morgen. Gern komme ich wieder, wenn es passt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Vermieterin erfolgte unkompliziert und mit Hilfe vom Google-Übersertzer. Ich fühlte mich als Gast sehr wohl und umsorgt. Vielen Dank.

Die Lage an der Bahnstrecke- aber mit Ohropax kein Problem. So stark ist der Zugverkehr auch nicht.

Dei gusti non si discute, ma qui si fa proprio a pugni con l'estetica. Il primo posto in vita mia dove non ho potuto caricare il PC perché in tutta la stanza non c'è una presa a tre punti: incredibile ma vero.
