There are 2 large double rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a twin room, also with its own bathroom. From the master bedroom you have access to the large terrace, of course with a view of the lake. All bathrooms were completely renovated in 2021 and have daylight.On the mezzanine floor is the fourth bedroom with direct access to the pool area, lake view and private bathroom. Also on this floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine and the large garage in which a game lounge has also been set up with table tennis, table football and sofa.In the basement of the villa, with direct access to the large terrace and the garden, there is a beautiful mini-apartment of about 30m². This has its own kitchenette, bathroom and TV.The approximately 1000m² private garden offers plenty of space to play and linger and a large, covered terrace by the pool and jacuzzi, with a great outdoor kitchen, BBQ and bar!
