Lux and modern apartment Chania

The location is about 10 to 15 minute walk from old town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. There is only AC in the bedroom and it’s not enough to cool off the living area. The apartment is suitable only for two people as if the third person sleeps in the living room, It’s not cool enough in the summer months.

Shower is very small, which is understandable for Greek standards however the bottom of the shower curtain is dirty and water goes everywhere into the floor. The bed mattress is very old and you can feel the springs will you move. Electricity works only with the magnet key so if you need to use the washer, you must be inside the apartment and wait for the cycle to finish before you leave.

The apartment was very clean. The room featured air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a balcony. The TV offered access to platforms like Netflix. The location was excellent—just 10 minutes from the Old Town and the nearest beach, with great restaurants all around. I have to disagree with the previous guest regarding the sink; it was a standard size. The induction cooktop offered various modes (stir-fry, boiling, reheating, etc.), and there was also a kettle and a steamer (though I didn't use the latter personally). I didn't encounter any cockroaches, either :). Finally, the host, Evdoxia, was very kind and welcoming; she really cared about our stay and responded very quickly to our requests. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Lage, die Größe , die Ausstattung . Und Evdoxia immer sofort erreichbar. Also absolut empfehlenswert!
