Birchgrove unit 1 was superb and had everything that you could possibly need for a week long stay. Location is excellent, only a very short walk to main shopping area, pubs, beaches, park and about a 10/12 min walk from Country Club. A great stay over.
A very minor complaint …. TV reception was poor/very poor on occasions. (We mentioned this to Real Estate)

It would have been handy to have an emergency pack in case of blackouts, maybe some candles or torches after the experience we have just had with a three day blackout

Fantastic location, beach is a 4 minute walk from the front door.
Kitchen needs proper knives for cooking..a knife block with basic knives would be great. I bought a bread knife at a local op shop so I could properly slice a loaf of bakery bought sourdough bread.
