It was close proximity to the surf life saving club, which was great for the event we were attending
The internal doors to the bathroom and the bedroom (with single beds) need work. Bathroom door comes off if you close it fully.
Bedroom door ply is coming off
The only other thing is that the Heater too small to heat the lounge

The location and the ease of access to everything. The beach is awesome as well as the eateries and sites.
The inability to close the blinds for privacy. At times we were unable to use the driveway because of the public parking across it.

Some simple basic maintenance on the property would not go astray, tap washers, light bulbs, couches were old and uncomfortable, windows that were difficult to open/close/lock. the unit could have had air conditioning.
