This spacious three-bedroom apartment is ideally located in the center of South West Rocks, just a short walk to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, the local pub, and surf club. Situated on the 2nd floor, it offers ocean views from the balcony, complete with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ for your enjoyment.
The apartment features ceiling fans in the loungeroom, main bedroom, and second bedroom, ensuring comfort throughout. It’s fully equipped with a TV, DVD and CD players, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The main bedroom includes an ensuite, and there’s off-street secure parking for your convenience.
Sleeping 8 (1 queen, 1 doubles, 1 Tri-Bunks), this apartment is perfect for family or group stays.
Please Note: 'Paragon Apartment 8' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Close to shops clean and all round lovely

Loved our stay at the South West Rocks. The accommodation was average to good. Lacked a few little things like pots and pans etc. Parking was a bit cramped, all good if you have a small to average sized car. Was offset by having good Chinese and pizza downstairs. Would stay here again.

Great stay, central to everything, modern inside. Had everything you need to cook with. When needed couldn’t get a hold of property manager, very frustrating and a lot of noise from down stairs
