Boravili smo u Silvy City apartmanu 8 noćenja. Rijetko kada ostavljamo lošije recenzije, osobito zato što već tri godine ljetujemo u Zadru na istoj lokaciji (ul. Nikole Tesle). Prije dolaska bili smo u kontaktu s vlasnicima i omogućili su nam raniji check-in, što smo u početku doživjeli kao prednost jer smo stigli rano ujutro. Nažalost, nismo očekivali da će to značiti i da ćemo apartman zateći u zastrašujuće lošem stanju čistoće. Dočekali su nas ostaci hrane, prljavi kuhinjski elementi i posuđe, neuredni podovi i stolovi. S obzirom na cijenu smještaja (oko 915 € za 8 noćenja), smatramo da je neprihvatljivo doći u apartman koji nije očišćen te provoditi godišnji odmor u brizi oko toga jesu li posteljina, prostor, podovi doista čisti. Odmah smo poslali žalbu vlasniku uz fotografije. Odgovor je bio da će čistači ponovno doći, no “čišćenje” se svelo na kratki ulazak dok nas nije bilo (oko 15-20 minuta). Na kraju smo apartman morali očistiti sami, isto tako oprati svo posuđe jer je izgledalo sve samo ne čisto. Vlasnici se nisu ni ispričali, što smatramo izrazito neprofesionalnim, osobito za ovakve cijene. Dodatni problem bila je i vrlo skromna opremljenost apartmana. Sami smo morali kupovati osnovne stvari poput wc papira, tableta za perilicu suđa i rublja te vrećica za smeće. Iako je apartman vizualno lijepo uređen, dojam je potpuno pokvarila nečistoća i manjak brige od strane vlasnika.
