Everything was great from communication, apartment itself, location, equipment available in the facility, view, pretty much no distance to the beach, really all. I was with my elderly parents and my mum has severe disabilities, but the accessibility for her to get everywhere was great, so really appreciated the whole package, including the parking.
Fortunately I have nothing to list here :) .

Nagyon hálásak vagyunk a szállásadó hölgynek, aki minden kérésünket szinte azonnal teljesítette. A szállásunk gyönyörű volt és tiszta. A környék tökéletes, a kilátás ámulatba ejtő! Teljes szívből ajánljunk bárkinek. Ha legközelebb Gradoba làtogatunk, biztos, hogy ezt a szálláshelyet választjuk ismét!:)

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wobei wir immer unser eigenes Kochset dabei haben. Bei Gerichten mit mehreren Töpfen/Pfannen wird es eher schwierig, da der Gasherd durch die Anordnung der 3 Kochfelder maximal 2 große Töpfe/Pfannen zulässt. Der Strand ist in ein paar Schritten über die Straße zu erreichen. Ein absoluter Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, da in Grado fast alle Parkplätze kostenpflichtig sind.
Wünschenswert wäre ein Waschbecken auf der Terasse um die Badebekleidung auszuwaschen bzw. eine Brause um sich ein wenig vom Sand zu befreien.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, bestens gepflegte moderne Wohnung mit einer großzügigen, super möblierten Terrasse. Die Nähe zum Strand und die ruhige Lage sind besonders positiv. Wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, wieder zu kommen!
