Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have shower rooms, a toilet, a billiard room and a gym with elliptical, press, weight bench, weight station and unconnected Home Trainer.
Outside, 1 covered terrace to the east and 1 covered terrace to the south. A 10mx4m swimming pool, including 2m of submerged beach, overlooking a poolhouse. It is equipped with a shower with toilet and a summer kitchen with fridge, barbecue and plancha.
