Set in the peaceful Ardèche countryside, this 250 m² house is situated on 1 Ha of wooded, lush grounds. From its terrace, guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings and the panoramic view it offers. It is located 15 km from Montélimar.
With a total area of 250 m², it can accommodate 11 people. It consists of:
- 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have a large double bed, one has a single bed, and the last has a large double bed and 2 single beds.
- A fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, dishes, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher)
- 1 patio with a garden, a heated pool, a pétanque court, a barbecue, and 11 patio chairs.
- 1 internet connection and 1 TV.
Please note that appliances are provided (washer, dryer). The house features a fireplace and parking. Pets are not allowed.
There are recreational, cultural, and sports activities available near the house (fishing, tennis, caving, hiking, water sports, horseback riding, forests, caves, zoos, waterfalls, ruins).

A very nice house to be a week with our family of 8 persons (including two boys 10 and 12).
With a beautiful view tot the hills over the sunken swimming pool.
La Cantine is a good restaurant at five kilometers away.
Saint Vincent de Barrès, a small village on the hill, you have to see.
It's pity there is not a "boulanger" nearby the house.
Good hills in the surrounding for with colls (800 m.) for biking.
There was a small mouse inside, we found not a instrument to catch him.
