Welcome to our villa in Marsanne, a hilltop village in the heart of Drôme Provençale. Here, tranquility and nature reign supreme. The perfect home for gathering family and friends for a relaxing vacation, or for groups looking to work remotely, participate in team-building activities, or attend a wellness retreat. Two indoor living rooms, one of which has a TV. A spacious outdoor terrace furnished with two sets of patio furniture, a large and a small table, as well as a barbecue and a pétanque court (boules provided). An ideal spot for stargazing! You’ll have access to a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and private access to a tennis court. Private pool (unheated, open from mid-May to late September) and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The perfect home for bringing together young and old—and even grandparents—since the house is all on one level. Location: Located in Marsanne, this villa offers breathtaking views of the rolling landscapes of the Drôme. Close to Montélimar, you can explore the local markets, hiking trails, and picturesque villages of the region. Access is via a key box; the code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, and if possible, we’ll be there in person to welcome you! We’re available throughout your stay. An electric car charging station is available—please do not plug it in while the hot tub is running. Additional information: - The hot tub is available year-round as it is heated. - The house is wheelchair-accessible / accessible for people with reduced mobility, with grab bars in the showers and restrooms. - High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work. - Air conditioning is available only in the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms, but it cools the entire house. - On-site parking available - Senseo, Nespresso, and filter coffee machines - Pool open from mid-May to late September.
