Located in the heart of the Drôme region, this spacious family home offers an exceptional setting for family gatherings or getaways with friends.
Set in a huge garden, the property guarantees complete privacy, with no immediate neighbors, while remaining less than a five-minute drive from local shops. The outdoor area features a private pool, direct access to the river, and a variety of recreational amenities, including fire pits, a ping-pong table, and a full set of patio furniture.
The heart of the home revolves around a large, glass-enclosed kitchen designed for large gatherings, complemented by a cozy living room featuring a fireplace. The first floor also includes a dedicated workspace for remote work as well as a laundry room with a bathroom.
Sleeping arrangements on the first floor:
- Master suite: One double bed with a private bathroom.
- Separate wings of the suite: 5 double bedrooms, each equipped with a vanity unit and mirror.
This wing of the house also features 3 showers and two restrooms.
Upstairs sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: One bunk bed and one single bed.
- Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds and three single beds.
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds and one single bed.
- Bedroom 4: One bunk bed and two single beds.
An additional bathroom serves this floor.
The large loft can also serve as a playroom.
To ensure impeccable hygiene, housekeeping and laundry services are handled by professional providers. Upon your arrival, a kit of basic supplies will be provided to get you started on your stay. For the remainder of your vacation, guests are responsible for restocking consumables (coffee, cleaning supplies, toilet paper).
